This year, the world of girls lacrosse started a bit early at JRHS! Conditioning started after Thanksgiving Break in November, and will be running until tryouts begin in late February or early March. Although conditioning is not mandatory, it really helps athletes get into good shape before the season starts.
At conditioning we do things such as: mile runs, bleachers, stick work, 3-on-3s, foot work, and more. If you would like to learn more about girls lacrosse and the season to come, please check out the JRHS athletics page. That’s where you can find information about games, physical forms, and you can e-mail our coach, Cherie Miller, for more information.
